I told them that it would be mounted on brackets and but the way it is constructed the brackets cant be mounted properly. This has led to alot of difficulties in mounting the item. It also very lightly stained for the sort of tone that I requested. Also it arrived over two weeks late. It's also really heavy. It makes it even more difficult to install.
