This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had on Etsy and one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Andrew was arrogant, condescending, and refused to take responsibility when there were oversights - to the point that my order was incomplete to begin with and poorly remedied. When I told Andrew that there were issues, he told me that “I was incapable” - even when pictures were provided supporting my claim. The build quality is mediocre at best, and hardware was missing even when explicitly requested. The wood is not evenly cut, having a massive dip in one side, and the hardware that was given to me (finally) is wobbly, due to insecure screws that stick out, and has overhang off each side. Out of all of the woodworkers and craftsman on Etsy, this is one I’m telling you to steer clear of. 0/10
