Product quality, communication, and customer service were all awesome. I asked for a coat(Dark Walnut) that wasn’t listed and they accommodated me with no complaints or additional cost. Product is labeled with instructions on exactly which metal piping goes where. Extremely easy install. Shipping may have been delayed due to materials but, sign of the times. Get over it. Excellent product, worth the wait.
